This website introduces general packaging film, pallet covers, large covers and custom three-dimensional film processing. Production conditions and prices may vary by material, thickness, dimensions, quantity, processing and printing requirements.

Images and specification guides help customers select products. Actual specifications, unit prices, VAT, delivery schedules and shipping conditions are confirmed through consultation and quotations. Submitting an inquiry does not complete an order or payment.

3. Submitting and reviewing inquiries

Customers may submit inquiries by providing accurate contact details and inquiry information and reviewing the required personal information collection notice. Optional fields may be left blank.

Inquiry titles, reference numbers, submission times and status are public in the inquiry list. Do not include names, phone numbers, email addresses or other personal information in the title. Contact details and full inquiry messages are available to administrators and authors who enter the inquiry password.

Authors can use their password to review, edit or delete their inquiry. Contact the company if you forget your password or need assistance. The information collected and its retention period are described in the Personal Information Collection Notice.

4. Orders and transaction conditions

Specifications, quantity, final price, payment method, production and delivery schedules, shipping, cancellation, exchange and return conditions are confirmed and agreed separately when ordering. Please consult the company again for changes to a quotation or additional production.

If cancellation or return restrictions are applicable to a custom-made product, the relevant conditions and requirements will be explained before production. These terms do not restrict statutory consumer rights concerning withdrawal, refunds or defects.

When you visit external services such as Naver Smart Store, KakaoTalk or map services, their terms and privacy notices apply. For Smart Store purchases, also review the sales, shipping, exchange and return conditions displayed for the product.

Do not impersonate others, repeatedly submit false inquiries, misuse passwords, access another person's private inquiry information or interfere with the website. The company may restrict submissions or review and handle such content to the extent necessary to prevent these activities.
